Front truck stands can be designed to accommodate any type of haul trucks. The stand pins to the front bumper, thus securing the stand to the haul truck. Front truck stands can be designed for shop or field use. Options for hydraulically driven variable height stands are also available.

Rear axle stands can be designed to accommodate any type of haul truck. This stand, placed under the rear axle, provides a secure fixture for the haul truck to be set on during maintenance.

The haul truck tire flange cleaning stand allows for the tire technician to clean the tire flange in a secured and safe manner. The flange is placed on V-rollers which gives the technician the ability to freely and safely move the tire flange during the cleaning process. This stand can be designed to accommodate multiple sizes of flanges depending on the customers needs. 

The rear strut removal tool is a fork lift attachment that allows the technician to securely grasp the rear strut for removal and reinstallation. The rear strut removal tool can be designed for any type of haul truck.

This stand is a relatively compact design configured to accommodate any type of loader, resting the arms of the loader on the cross bar provides a stable base during maintenance. The cross bar can adjust to various heights allowing for the stand to be used on all loaders a site might have. Additionally, a riser base can be added to accommodate situations where the bucket needs to be in an elevated position.

As an attachment to an overhead lift, this tool allows a technician to safely maneuver a track segment into place for ease of removal or installation.

The boom lockout device is a collar that goes around the cylinders of a shovel to safely lock it into position during maintenance. These collars can be designed to accommodate any type of cylinder that needs to be secured.

The housing is detached from the car body and cribbed into place, the swing bearing is lowered onto a track; a winch is attached at one end to pull the bearing out and at the other end to secure the moving load. Reverse the process for installation. This tool saves the use of cranes as well as 5 shifts.

In this case, the swing bearing must be lifted from the car body for removal. This forklift attachment eliminates the use of cranes by simply bolting to the bearing and pulling it out for removal and reversing that process for installation.

Using the same mounting as existing access stairs, the Retractable Stair is two sets of stairs mounted on top of each other. The stair on top is retracted down (electrically or hydraulically driven) to the ground and stops upon reaching an obstruction by means of an “amp out” system. On the electric models a “kick back” system is put into place, this means that when the stair reaches an obstruction it will amp out and then retract to the next closest stair, thus ensuring that all steps will be in line with one another. The retractable stair is outfitted with stair location indicator lights as well as upper and lower control panels.
